JCI Presenter
The JCI Effective Presentations Course is a one-day course designed to help those who want to enhance their skills as a presenter. This course may be used as a one-time presentation course or the first step in becoming a JCI University Trainer.
More than ever before, adults want and need to learn. The growth of technology, the impact of communications and the demands of an increasingly complex world mean that people need to be better equipped to respond.
Within the first 10 seconds of being introduced to someone new, you are judged on whether or not you are a person to be listened to. It is well known that people, who have strong presentation skills are promoted faster, paid more and are generally more successful than those who are less proficient. Learning to present yourself and your ideas effectively can improve your negotiation skills and also lead to stronger interpersonal relationships.
Why Create Presentations?
There are a variety of reasons why we give presentations. Most presentations give information or educate an audience about a specific subject. We also use presentations to persuade or motivate others to do something we desire. Lastly, we create presentations to stimulate conversation or opinions.

JCI Trainer
planning and delivering adult training is a two-day course designed for those who want to start in the training career.
For training to be effective, organized courses must meet certain criteria. The objectives of the course must be clearly specified. The content, timing, place and techniques must be chosen with these clear objectives in mind.
The trainer must be knowledgeable in designing and delivering the course, as well as in evaluating its ultimate effectiveness. Such evaluation must of course take into account the individual needs of members, which is the very basis for training.
Qualifications to attend
To qualify to attend JCI Trainer, you must first graduate from JCI Presenter.
About the Course
People around the world are inundated with training, instructional and educational material. The JCI University set out to sort through that mass of material, and selects the most advanced, up-to-date texts, approaches, and techniques to bring to Junior Chamber members. From that research, a new kind of learning program and style has emerged, a methodology that makes it easy for certified trainers to prepare Junior Chamber members to create positive change in their local chapters and communities at large.
JCI Trainer is the first-level training course for Junior Chamber International trainers. This course can be your practical guide to implementing sound personal and leadership development programs in order to create positive change.
JCI Trainer is designed to present new and interesting challenges to you, the Junior Chamber International member who has little or no experience in training but who wants to develop training skills for use in your chapter, community, and workplace.
JCI Trainer builds your confidence in presenting complex information in clear and engaging ways and increases your ability to motivate others. Additionally it develops your own communication and organization skills, and teaches you to look at new situations with an open and positive mindset.
The new approach requires trainers to look at how and why adults learn.
